Ordering Process Information

We know you're excited to receive your purchase! You will receive an email confirmation each step of the way, from confirmation of your order to date of shipping, with the ability to track your item(s) in transit.

√ You will receive an email containing your detailed order information immediately after you make your online purchase. Be sure to check your junk email folder, and add Swift Pool Supplies to your trusted sender list.

√ You will receive a shipment notification email once your purchase has been shipped. In most cases this is sent the same day your product ships. If at any time you have a question contact us, we are glad to help.

√ If you registered your email, you can log into our site at any time and check on your order's status, change your account info (including password) or update your shipping address.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

All ground shipment products purchased by 3:00pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed that day and shipped within 24 hours if the item is stocked & available. 

 Our goal is to get your order processed and shipped in the shortest time possible, but please note that some items we carry are either special order, or even hand made, and shipment of such products will likely be delayed. 

We use either UPS Ground for most of our shipping. Orders are processed and shipped daily Monday - Friday.

Please note that some items can take up to 3 weeks to ship, depending on their availability.

Most of our freight items will be processed same day when received by noon EST. Some larger items can take up to 2 weeks to arrive at your residence.
